ABOUT FARREN MORGAN
Farren Morgan is a British military tactical trainer, fitness instructor, lifestyle coach, author, and actor. He is the founder of Farren Morgan Coaching, a global online coaching business known for its tactical training programmes, and The Tactical Athlete.
I began my military career in 2015 when I joined the British Army. Within seven years, I assumed several roles, and as of 2022, I am now based as a PTI and Section Commander in Windsor. I am also a member of the Guards Parachute Platoon (6 Guards Platoon), an incorporated B Company, comprising volunteers who have passed P Company from the five regiments of Foot Guards and Infantry.
After joining the Army, I became passionate about sharing my expertise with civilians and training them to become soldiers. To carry out this mission, I took this initiative public and established an online platform where people could access my personalised routines and tactical training programs. My brand aims to educate, strengthen, and support global Tactical Athletes.
My training programmes range from 8 to 12-week courses, covering all aspects of tactical training, including running, aesthetics, strength, and conditioning. The 8-Week Tactical Training Programme is designed to help athletes adapt their bodies to various training styles such as LISS, HIIT, Tabbing, Circuit, and Strength Training through advanced conditioning techniques. The Tactical Athlete Group Coaching Programme is specifically crafted for driven athletes who consistently strive to rise above the rest while adapting to the FM Coaching training methodology.
My personalised programmes, built upon extensive military training, gained recognition within months of their commercial launch. I have also published four Tactical Athlete E-books focused on improving fitness, stamina, strength, cardiovascular endurance, and lean muscle development.
As the operator of an online coaching business, I engineer Tactical Training Programmes based on my years of Athlete Training experience and over six years of military service. I deliver these programmes globally, training clients from the UK, New Zealand, America, and Australia.
I am currently a serving soldier in the British Army, operating as a PTI for the Coldstream Guards in Westminster, London.
I train civilians to become soldiers. I take pride in seeing others progress and transform into the best versions of themselves. My Tactical Athletes are pushed to their limits to achieve not just physical results, but also mental toughness.
My Strength and Conditioning methods, along with Tactical Training Programming, have been rigorously tested to produce optimal results for anyone committed to self-improvement. I challenge individuals to step out of their comfort zones, continuously strive for excellence, and never settle.
